Creation of a Member Account. To place an order on the Website, the creation of a client account (hereinafter referred to as the "Account") is required. Account holders can benefit from features such as order tracking, management of delivery information, order history, and exclusive offers through promotional emails. The Client may unsubscribe from these promotional emails at any time.

Account creation is reserved for individuals aged sixteen (16) or older.

Information to Provide. Clients must provide personal information (name, first name, valid email address, postal code, date of birth, password) that will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available further down on this same page.

Once registration is confirmed, the Client can log in using their email address and password.

The Client agrees to fill out the registration form correctly, particularly by providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. The Client undertakes not to use a pseudonym or invalid email address or any information that could infringe upon the rights of third parties (such as using someone else’s name, brand, or copyrighted material). The Seller reserves the right to refuse and/or require correction of any pseudonym or other information provided. Account validation may be subject to email confirmation through an email sent to the provided address.

The Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Account in the following cases:

  • Fraudulent use of the Account or the email address associated with it;
  • Serious breach of any obligation provided in these T&Cs.

Account deletion results in the deletion of all data related to the Client held by the Seller.

ARTICLE 3 : Orders

To place an order, the Client must select the Products they wish to purchase on the Website and follow the ordering process indicated on the Website. The Client must first create an Account.

Any order validated by the Client through a "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of these T&Cs. The sale is considered final only after the Seller sends the Client an order confirmation via email and after full payment of the price by the Client (hereinafter referred to as the "Order"). Any Order placed on the Website constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the Client and the Seller. The Client must verify the accuracy of the Order and immediately report any errors.

If a Product is unavailable after the Order has been placed, the Client will be informed by email and may cancel the Order, with all amounts paid by the Client refunded within thirty (30) days. If the Client does not wish to cancel the Order, COMBEING may offer a similar Product at the same price and characteristics or issue a credit valid on the Website.

Orders will be processed only after full payment of the price is received, in the order in which they are actually received. Deliveries are made in the order of arrival of Orders.

COMBEING recommends that the Client keep a record of the data relating to their Order on paper or reliable electronic media until the final resolution of their Order, or even until the end of the warranty period of the Products.

ARTICLE 4 : Prices

Products are provided at the current prices listed on the Website at the time the Order is recorded by the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Price"). Prices are expressed in euros, including all taxes (€ TTC). They apply at the time of the Client's Order validation.

Prices do not always include processing, shipping, transport, and delivery fees (hereinafter referred to as "Additional Fees"), which are then charged in addition, under the conditions indicated on the Website and calculated before the Order is placed.

The Client will be informed of the amount of these Additional Fees before confirming their Order. The payment requested from the Client corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these Additional Fees.

ARTICLE 5 : Payment Terms

The Price is payable online, either in full or in three (3) installments, via PayPal, check, or bank transfer. Payment terms are detailed on this page.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or suspend any Order and/or delivery in case of payment authorization refusal by financial institutions. The Seller recommends that the Client ensure the solvency of their payment before confirming their Order.

An invoice is issued by the Seller and provided to the Client upon full payment of the Price. The Client may request that the invoice be sent to the billing address instead of the delivery address by selecting the appropriate option on the order form.

For in-store pickups, the Price is payable on-site on the day of pick-up.

ARTICLE 6 : Deliveries and In-Store Pickups

In-Store Pickups. The Client may collect their Order in-store free of charge, provided they contact the Seller two to three (2-3) days before coming, to ensure Product availability before placing the Order.

Delivery Fees. These fees are part of the Additional Fees mentioned previously and are included in the Price. In Corsica and certain remote or poorly serviced areas, additional delivery fees may apply. These fees are calculated before the Order is confirmed.

Delivery. In mainland France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Luxembourg, Austria, and the Netherlands, delivery is carried out by the global carrier GEODIS. For accessory orders (excluding kits), delivery is handled by GLS. GEODIS and GLS are collectively referred to as the "Carrier(s)."

The Products ordered by the Client will be delivered within a maximum of sixty (60) days to the address indicated by the Client during their Order on the Website.

The Client will be informed by email once the Products have been shipped. Unless there are special circumstances or one or more Products are unavailable, the ordered Products will be delivered in a single shipment. The Seller will make every effort to deliver the Products ordered by the Client within the deadlines specified during the Order. However, these deadlines are provided for informational purposes only and correspond to the delivery times communicated by the Carrier.

The Seller declines all responsibility for delivery if the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. The package may be reshipped at the Client's request, subject to the payment of new delivery fees by the Client.

If the Products have not been delivered within sixty (60) days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the Client’s fault, the Client may notify the Seller in writing and request cancellation of the sale and a refund of the sums paid.

The sums paid by the Client will then be returned to him (including any Additional Costs) at the latest within fourteen (14) days of the date of termination of the contract.

ARTICLE 7 : Claims and Returns

Upon delivery of the Products, the Client is kindly asked to follow the package inspection procedure in the presence of the Carrier, available through this page. Should any damage be observed, the Client may mention it on the delivery note, make a copy (or take a photo), and return the note to the Carrier.

The Client is then invited to submit any claim for delivery errors and/or non-compliance of the Products in terms of type or quality, and report any damages or anomalies (such as missing Products, damaged packages, broken Products, etc.) within three (3) days (hereinafter referred to as the "Claim"), by:

  • Sending a copy of the delivery note along with photos to customer service at the following address: COMBEING SAS, 2037 rue de la Font de l'Or, 42110 CLEPPE, FRANCE; or via email at: contact@combeing.fr

The Claim must specify the Product(s) in question. Products cannot be returned or exchanged without the Seller's express consent.

The Products must be returned to the Seller within fourteen (14) days, in the condition in which they were received and in their original packaging, together with the invoice, to the following address: COMBEING SAS 2037 rue de la Font de l'or 42110 CLEPPE FRANCE

Return shipping costs are borne by the Seller, unless the Product does not match the Claim sent by the Client.

No Product can be refunded if it has not been subject to a prior Claim or before its return to the Seller's premises.

Once the returned Product has been received and accepted in accordance with these T&Cs, subject to the Seller's validation of the Claim's grounds, a refund will be processed as promptly as possible upon receipt of the Product. Refunds will be made directly to the payment method used to place the Order.

Any Claim not made under the conditions defined above will not be considered, and COMBEING shall be released from all liability to the Client. The acceptance of a return for any Product does not grant the Client the right to return other Products.

ARTICLE 8 : Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable laws, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to provide reasons, in order to get a refund.

This right of withdrawal can be exercised by post or email (see below), through a clear and unambiguous declaration expressing the intent to withdraw. The Clients may, if they wish, use the picture_as_pdf withdrawal form available via this link.

  • Postal Address : COMBEING SAS, 2037 rue de la Font de l'Or, 42110 CLEPPE, FRANCE
  • Email address : contact@combeing.fr

After notifying the Seller, the Client has fourteen (14) days to return the Product. Return shipping costs are borne by the Client.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for Products that have been modified, damaged, or soiled by the Client.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the Price of the purchased Products and any Additional fees, excluding delivery charges, will be refunded to the payment method used for the Order; return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Client. The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the returned Products by the Seller, in accordance with the conditions outlined in this article.

ARTICLE 9 : Transfer of Ownership - Transfer of Risk

The transfer of ownership of the Products from the Seller to the Client will occur only after full payment of the Price by the Client, regardless of the delivery date of said Products.

Additionally, the transfer of risk of loss and deterioration related to the Products will occur when the Client takes physical possession of the Products.

ARTICLE 10 : Liability – Warranties

Contractual Warranty.

Without prejudice to the legal warranties mentioned below, the application of the contractual warranty is subject to the conditions applicable to each of our Products. The Client benefits from a one (1) year warranty on all devices included in the kits. To benefit from the contractual warranty on the Products, the Client must retain the invoice. This contractual warranty does not cover abnormal or improper use of the Products (the Client undertakes to consult the user manual provided with the products), defects and their consequences resulting from improper use of the Product for its intended purpose, defects and their consequences due to any external cause, interventions and repairs on the Product by the Client or a third party, external damage, or damage resulting from improper use or handling, or improper assembly of the device according to the kit's assembly instructions.

Legal Warranties.

The Products supplied by the Seller are subject to legal warranties as provided by law, including:

  • The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for Products that are apparently defective, damaged, or do not match the order;
  • The legal warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code) resulting from a material, design, or manufacturing defect affecting the delivered products and rendering them unfit for use.

It is noted that, in accordance with Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, when acting under the legal warranty of conformity, the Client:

  • Has a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the Product;
  • May choose between refund, repair or replacement of the Product, subject to the cost conditions provided by Article L 217-12 of the French Consumer Code;
  • Is, except for second-hand goods, exempt from proving the existence of the lack of conformity of the Products during the two (2) years following delivery.

The legal warranty applies independently of the contractual warranty granted in accordance with these T&Cs.

To assert its rights, the Client must inform the Seller by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt of the non-conformity of the Products or the existence of hidden defects within a maximum period of seven (7) days from the discovery of such non-conformity or hidden defects.

The Seller will refund, replace, or repair the Products or parts under warranty deemed non-compliant or defective. Shipping costs will be reimbursed based on the invoiced rate, and return costs will be refunded upon presentation of receipts. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, and no later than fourteen (14) days following the Seller's confirmation of the lack of conformity or hidden defect. Refunds for returned Products will be made directly to the payment method used to place the Order.

The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in the event of misuse, use for professional purposes, negligence, or lack of maintenance by the Client, as in the case of normal wear and tear of the Product, accident, or force majeure. The Seller's warranty is, in any event, limited to the replacement or refund of Products that are non-conforming or affected by a defect.

Limitation of Liability.

COMBEING shall not be held liable and disclaims any responsibility for:

  • Indirect damages or costs related to an environment unsuitable for the Product, or resulting from improper use.
  • Misuse, use for professional purposes, negligence, or lack of maintenance by the Client.
  • Normal wear and tear of the Product.
  • Incidents or accidents occurring during the installation of the kit in the vehicle when such installation does not comply with the recommendations provided by COMBEING. It is the responsibility of the individual performing the assembly to wear appropriate protective equipment. The installer and builder must assess their ability to carry out the work and follow all safety precautions related to the assembly operations of the kit and the preparation of the vehicle as indicated by COMBEING.
  • Gas connection operations of the dinette, which are the sole responsibility of the Client.
  • The delivery of gas hose, 28mba regulator, gas bottle, or automatic shut-off in the kits.
  • The inspection of the installation by a certified body or vehicle registration. It is the responsibility of the vehicle user to ensure that the installation complies with recreational vehicle standards, including EN 1646-1 / EN 721 / EN 1648-2 / EN 1949. A minor type change and therefore a change in the vehicle registration document may then occur after verification by the competent DRIRE.
  • An accident involving a kit element, whether during road use or camping, in the event of non-compliance with the conditions recommended by COMBEING.
  • The use of the kit, for which the Client assumes full responsibility. The Client acknowledges being aware of the risks associated with its use and intends to comply with the safety and maintenance rules for each kit component and the resulting motorhome.
  • The failure of the Client to secure or tie down during travel, all transported loads, and to protect the passenger compartment from the loading area by any appropriate means such as partitioning.
  • The decision to modify or not the original condition of the van and the operations to adjust the floor dimensions to fit the COMBEING universal range, designed to fit in the vehicle.
  • The feasibility of all assembly possibilities described on the Website, which are inherent to the vehicle's dimensions.

Force majeure

The Seller shall not be liable to the Client for any failure to perform or any suspension of performance of its obligations under these T&Cs if such failure or suspension results or arises in any way whatsoever from an event of force majeure within the meaning of applicable law and jurisprudence.

Provided, however, that: (1) the Seller wishing to invoke such force majeure to justify non-performance or suspension shall inform the Client without delay in writing, indicating its foreseeable duration and the period for which suspension of performance is requested, (2) the parties shall consult in good faith to consider the modification of the conditions to take account of such suspension and other modifications desired by either of them as a result, and (3) if the parties fail to reach agreement in this context after a period of sixty (60) calendar days, either party will be entitled to terminate the contract subject to informing the other in writing by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. In the event of termination due to force majeure, neither party shall be liable to the other.

Force majeure cannot be invoked by the Client to contest his obligation to pay the Price.

ARTICLE 12 : Personal Data Protection

Details on the collection, processing and use of personal data are specified in the Privacy Policy available further down on this same page.

In the context of placing and processing Orders, the Seller must necessarily collect the Client’s personal data, e-mail address and postal address, which are considered to be personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation.

ARTICLE 14 : Applicable Law - Jurisdiction

These T&Cs, the Contract and the operations arising therefrom are governed by and subject to French law.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contracts concluded under these T&Cs, concerning their validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences and consequences, and which cannot be resolved between the Seller and the Client, shall be submitted to the courts of Saint-Etienne, which shall have jurisdiction under the conditions of common law.

The Client is hereby informed that he may, in any event, have recourse to conventional mediation, in particular with the Commission de la médiation de la consommation (Consumer Mediation Commission) or with existing sectoral mediation bodies.

If the Products have not been delivered within sixty (60) days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the Buyer’s fault, the Bueyr may notify the Supplier in writing and request cancellation of the sale and a refund of the sums paid.

The sums paid by the Buyer will then be returned to him (including any Additional Costs) at the latest within fourteen (14) days of the date of termination of the contract.

Delivery to the End Customer. The Buyer is responsible for organizing and financing delivery to its End Customers

ARTICLE 7 : Claims and Returns

Upon delivery of the Products, the Buyer is kindly asked to follow the package inspection procedure in the presence of the Carrier, available through this page. Should any damage be observed, the Buyer may mention it on the delivery note, make a copy (or take a photo), and return the note to the Carrier.

The Buyer is then invited to submit any claim for delivery errors and/or non-compliance of the Products in terms of type or quality, and report any damages or anomalies (such as missing Products, damaged packages, broken Products, etc.) within three (3) days (hereinafter referred to as the "Claim"), by:

  • Sending a copy of the delivery note along with photos to customer service at the following address: COMBEING SAS, 2037 rue de la Font de l'Or, 42110 CLEPPE, FRANCE; or via email at: contact@combeing.fr
  • Calling by phone at 04.28.04.42.33 from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Logging onto the Website under "My Account," then "Order History"

The Claim must specify the Product(s) in question. Products cannot be returned or exchanged without the Supplier's express consent.

The Products must be returned to the Supplier within fourteen (14) days, in the condition in which they were received and in their original packaging, together with the invoice, to the following address: COMBEING SAS 2037 rue de la Font de l'Or 42110 CLEPPE, FRANCE

Return shipping costs are borne by the Supplier, unless the Product does not match the Claim sent by the Buyer.

No Product can be refunded if it has not been subject to a prior Claim or before its return to the Supplier's premises. Once the returned Product has been received and accepted in accordance with these T&Cs, subject to the Supplier's validation of the Claim's grounds, a refund will be processed as promptly as possible upon receipt of the Product. Refunds will be made directly to the payment method used to place the Order.

Any Claim not made under the conditions defined above will not be considered, and COMBEING shall be released from all liability to the Buyer. The acceptance of a return for any Product does not grant the Buyer the right to return other Products.

ARTICLE 8 : Liability – Warranties

Contractual Warranty.

Without prejudice to the legal warranties mentioned below, the application of the contractual warranty is subject to the conditions applicable to each of our Products. The Buyer benefits from a one (1) year warranty on all devices included in the kits. To benefit from the contractual warranty on the Products, the Buyer must retain the invoice. This contractual warranty does not cover abnormal or improper use of the Products (the Buyer undertakes to consult the user manual provided with the products), defects and their consequences resulting from improper use of the Product for its intended purpose, defects and their consequences due to any external cause, interventions and repairs on the Product by the Buyer or a third party, external damage, or damage resulting from improper use or handling, or improper assembly of the device according to the kit's assembly instructions.

Legal Warranties.

The Products are subject to the legal warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code) resulting from a material, design, or manufacturing defect affecting the delivered products and rendering them unfit for use.

To assert its rights, the Buyer must inform the Supplier by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt of the existence of hidden defects within a maximum period of seven (7) days from the discovery of such non-conformity or hidden defects.

The Supplier will refund, replace, or repair the Products or parts under warranty deemed non-compliant or defective. Shipping costs will be reimbursed based on the invoiced rate, and return costs will be refunded upon presentation of receipts. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, and no later than fourteen (14) days following the Supplier's confirmation of hidden defects. Refunds will be made directly to the payment method used to place the Order.

The Supplier's liability cannot be engaged in the event of misuse, use for professional purposes, negligence, or lack of maintenance by the Buyer, as in the case of normal wear and tear of the Product, accident, or force majeure. The Supplier's warranty is, in any event, limited to the replacement or refund of Products that are non-conforming or affected by a defect.

Limitation of Liability.

COMBEING shall not be held liable and disclaims any responsibility for:

  • The sale, delivery and commercial relationship with End Customers.
  • Indirect damages or costs related to an environment unsuitable for the Product, or resulting from improper use.
  • Misuse, use for professional purposes, negligence, or lack of maintenance by the Buyer.
  • Gas connection operations of the dinette, which are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
  • The use of the kit, for which the Buyer assumes full responsibility. The Buyer acknowledges being aware of the risks associated with its use and intends to comply with the safety and maintenance rules for each kit component and the resulting motorhome.
  • The failure of the Buyer to secure or tie down during travel, all transported loads, and to protect the passenger compartment from the loading area by any appropriate means such as partitioning.
  • The decision to modify or not the original condition of the van and the operations to adjust the floor dimensions to fit the COMBEING universal range, designed to fit in the vehicle.
  • The feasibility of all assembly possibilities described on the Website, which are inherent to the vehicle's dimensions.

Purchasing a COMBEiNG kit in no way grants exemption from having your vehicle approved. COMBEiNG cannot be held responsible for any accidents involving a component of the kit, whether the event occurs on the road or during camping use. By installing the kit yourself, you accept full responsibility for its use. You acknowledge being aware of the risks associated with its use and agree to comply with the safety and maintenance guidelines for each component of the kit and the resulting motorhome. Warnings: We remind you that the law requires all transported loads to be secured during journeys, as well as ensuring that the passenger compartment is separated from the loading area by any appropriate means. COMBEiNG cannot be held liable for failure to comply with this requirement.

ARTICLE 9 : Force majeure

The Supplier shall not be liable to the Buyer for any failure to perform or any suspension of performance of its obligations under these T&Cs if such failure or suspension results or arises in any way whatsoever from an event of force majeure within the meaning of applicable law and jurisprudence.

Provided, however, that: (1) the Supplier wishing to invoke such force majeure to justify non-performance or suspension shall inform the Buyer without delay in writing, indicating its foreseeable duration and the period for which suspension of performance is requested, (2) the parties shall consult in good faith to consider the modification of the conditions to take account of such suspension and other modifications desired by either of them as a result, and (3) if the parties fail to reach agreement in this context after a period of sixty (60) calendar days, either party will be entitled to terminate the contract subject to informing the other in writing by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. In the event of termination due to force majeure, neither party shall be liable to the other.

Force majeure cannot be invoked by the Buyer to contest his obligation to pay the Price.

ARTICLE 10 : Intellectual Property

The Products are protected by intellectual property rights, of which the Supplier is the exclusive owner. These rights include, but are not limited to, European patent no. FR20150000692 20150402, copyright and design rights, drawings and models.

The Supplier is also the owner of the intellectual property rights over all the elements present on the Website, such as texts, images, logos, graphics, photos, etc.

The COMBEING trademark registered by the Supplier is also protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction, imitation, unauthorized use or violation of the above-mentioned rights is strictly prohibited. The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that browsing the Website and purchasing these Products do not confer any intellectual property rights, and that any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of the rights of the Selller, which may result in legal proceedings.

ARTICLE 11 : Applicable Law - Jurisdiction

These T&Cs, the Contract and the operations arising therefrom are governed by and subject to French law.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contracts concluded under these T&Cs, concerning their validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences and consequences, and which cannot be resolved between the Supplier and the Buyer, shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of Saint Étienne.

We bought a Combeing kit a few months ago for our VW T5 transporter and we are very satisfied with it! Delivery was free and fast. Customer service is top notch, whether for information or responsiveness. The kits are adaptable to your type of vehicle but also to your use whether it is road mode, night mode or day mode (with table). Very good value for money. We highly recommend. And a big thank you to Mathieu for sending goodies!!

A great team, a high-quality product, a very competitive price. We sold our converted van because our annual usage time did not justify such an expensive investment. We bought a utility vehicle that we converted to our taste with the possibility of modifying its configuration according to our needs following the many very professional tips received from COMBEING. The team took the time to welcome us into the company and to assemble our modules in order to have a tailor-made layout with everything necessary to live independently: gas, water point, electricity, toilet, solar panel, shower... In short, everything necessary to live pleasant moments according to our desires without having to have our vehicle approved in VASP. Thanks again to the whole team for their welcome, their availability and their professionalism which really deserve to be highlighted

Really great, the team is really cool, the products sold (sports kit for VW T6 for me) are really great (but I didn't doubt that, I had already planned everything thanks to their website, but with their advice I made some changes that suit me better). I also did the sprayed cork insulation before going to get my kit, super simple and beautiful rendering. I really recommend more than ever. Thank you and good luck in your new premises.

I was looking for a van that could be used as a daily, utility or leisure vehicle and with the Combeing Full kit, I found exactly what I wanted for my L1H1 van. I spoke several times with Mathieu and Raphaël, their listening, their responsiveness and their availability as well as their advice and services were very valuable in guiding me in my choices... In short, very well-made kits, easy and quick to set up, as well as a great team mean that I highly recommend this friendly company...

We made an appointment, Mathieu welcomed us warmly and showed us around the workshop, then we went to the selection area to recap and make the quote. We had all the necessary technical explanations as well as his advice and feedback. The guy is sincere and super professional. Our choice validated, he helped us throughout the time needed to set up the modules. Again, lots of advice and tips, thanks to him. I thought the idea was absolutely brilliant on paper but it's even better in the van, the possibilities are endless, the quality is great, everything is thought out down to the smallest detail. In the end, it confirms that with my 1m70 we can sleep across without any problem and therefore keep the table in place during the night. Conclusion: we are satisfied beyond our expectations. Thank you COMBEING, thank you to the brilliant inventor and thank you Mathieu for your advice
